Family First Life Insurance Agents are responsible for meeting with interested seniors, all of whom have responded to a direct mailing or online ad requesting help with funeral expenses or burial Insurance. As Agents our job is to figure out what product will fit each individual family best and help them get qualified. To do so we work with multiple A rated Insurance companies to ensure we take care of our clients to the best of our ability.

At Family First Life, we take a three legged bar stool approach by putting the clients we help first, the agency first, and the agents families first by committing to working with our clients with Honesty and Integrity.

One of the ways we accomplish this is by putting the agents families first with the aggressive commission scale ranging from 100% up to 140%. 100% Vested renewals day one, and no contracts required to work with us.

We can help our senior clients with a range of products including but not limited to; Life Insurance, Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Retirement Planning, Medicare Suppliments.

We are seeking to find self motivated individuals with a passion to help people, a strong work ethic to earn financial freedom for their families, and a desire to grow along side us long term as a partner not employee.

“ We will sponsor the pre-licensing course required to get your Insurance License for the right candidate.” 

Candidates can be full-time or part-time. 

Candidate needs to be comfortable with meeting clients on a face to face basis and over the phone. 
Candidates must have above average work ethic.

This requires above average communication skills. 
You must have reliable transportation. 

Position duties:

  • Quoting and underwriting for Life Insurance 
  • Recommend insurance coverage to clients
  • Obtain health and life insurance licenses
  • Purchasing Leads
  • Calling leads and setting appointments
  • Physically meeting with clients at their residence 
  • Sell accident, health and life insurance
  • Discuss and handle insurance and retirement needs 
  • Organize your own schedule and business
