Coordinates with Operations management and supervision on all quality issues to identify potential issues with production
Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures
Apply supervisory responsibilities, company policies, procedures and applicable law
Ensure availability of resources to accomplish department tasks and goals
Oversee the supervision of the daily responsibilities of the assigned department
Maintain inventory accuracy by developing process controls and potentially counting processes
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problems; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Effectively correspond with all levels of management and between interactive departments within the organization
Maintain a good working relationship with all members of the Company
Develop, Maintain, and perform training on SOP procedures for job duties and responsibilities
Develop & Utilize reporting tools to provide analytics to management regarding the performance of the cycle count program
Develop & Prepare key reports as required for task analysis and performance of various aspects of the operations
Oversee the custodial and housekeeping duties are completed daily
Make recommendations for continuous improvement
Minimizes waste through identification and implementation of cost control/reduction measures
Adhere and administer to associates established company policies and management commitments
