General Description:

The Production Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the daily production operations in the plant. This Manager will be a resource that provides and shares expertise on improving operating practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives in the plant including safety standards and quality. This role will actively interface with all levels of the organization within the facility and outside the facility, reporting to the Plant Manager. The Production Manager will be required to manage a team of Production Supervisors.

Production Manager- Sparks, NV

Primary requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • BA/BS degree in related field and 5-7 years relevant experience.

  • Must be detail oriented with strong organization and project management skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma methodology and productivity results a plus!

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all levels of employees and management.

  • Ability to think and act strategically.    

  • Willing to “roll up your sleeves" and get your hands dirty. 

  • Able to make sound and timely decisions with limited information.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
