Administrative Assistant

Premier CPA firm based in midtown Manhattan seeks an eager and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support a team of auditors on a contract to hire basis. The individual will have a large part in planning the team’s day to day agenda, including managing a great deal of travel and expenses.


Pay- 25/hour; 55-60k salary



  • Heavy travel- coordinating, planning and implementing both international and domestic travel for a team of 5-10 auditors and associates
  • Expense reports, budgeting, T&E reports
  • Manage files- copy/scan/fax/file
  • Order office supplies and keep cabinets/printers stocked
  • Review documents and calculate expense and budgets


  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in an administrative capacity supporting a team
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite- including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with T&E reports, arranging travel internationally and domestically
