Job Description

Listed are some of the day to day duties of these positions:

Create, maintain and organize paper and electronic file systems

Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail, faxes and letters

Sort and route incoming mail

Update and maintain various correspondences and documents

Computer savvy with the ability to learn new programs as needed

Good typing skills

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed

Answering multiple phone lines

Filing, scanning, faxing and copying 

Maintaining the appearance of the Front Desk or Reception area

All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Successful applicants will possess:

· Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office 2016 (Word, Excel, Power Point)

· Detail Oriented and great organizational skills

· Self starter who is able to work well alone or in team environment

- Ability to multi-task and change directions easily

· Stable work history with prior office/clerical experience
