Located at our new state-of-the-art Windham Regional Health and Wellness Center at 140 North Frontage Road, Mansfield, CT 

Description

Experience the satisfaction of helping someone to fulfill their goal of finding competitive employment.  We are seeking someone who is able to positively engage with adults with mental health and co-occurring substance abuse disorders in order to help them reach their goal of finding employment. Must also be able to engage with potential employers to identify available job opportunities.   Full-time Monday – Friday  position in Mansfield to provide Employment Services using an evidenced based model. Critical functions include job development, job coaching and placement, resume writing, mock interviewing and ongoing job support.  Requires extensive work in the community. 

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in relevant human services field required. 

Salary Range: $14.62 - $16.54 per hour depending on experience
