We are currently searching for a personable, energetic and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to work in our West Point, GA branch!

Primary Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming telephone calls daily taking great care to identify the caller, their needs (current employee or client; prospective employee or client; corporate office, etc.) and transferring them to the proper team member.
Meet and greet all visitors. Ability to interact with a diverse group of applicants.
Assisting applicants with our Online Application.
Enter basic applicants information into our data base.
Hand out and handle all employee post hire paperwork.
Enter all employee's information into our data base and complete employee's application package making sure all necessary forms, ID's, etc. are correct and entered.
Take all I-9 information.
Do Criminal Background checks and enter into log and into our system.
Process new employees to either Direct Deposit or our PayCard.
If you have a passion for assisting others, a proven track record in Front Desk duties, a strong sense of self-reliance, great customer service skills, can think on your feet, and a competitive drive to be successful and want to work with motivating and encouraging colleagues…we want to hear from you!
Must have great customer service skills and able to interface with all types of people and diversity.
Must have a positive attitude especially during extremely stressful situations.
Possess strong data entry skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be very detailed oriented, strong proofreading skills
Intuitive and inquisitive nature
Able to maintain confidentially and handle sensitive issues
Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
Must possess exceptional organizational skills
Able to answer ringing phones all day long while handling a lobby full of applicants.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Work with minimum supervision.
Pleasant, helpful telephone voice.
Professional demeanor. "Can do" attitude. Team player.
