We provide aggressive marketing and advertising campaigns for national accounts in Brooklyn . We provide customers with the everyday value and uncompromising customer service that has made us so successful. We are accepting applications for entry level customer service & account management positions for our recent office expansions. Be a part of an exciting, fun work environment while helping to develop the Brooklyn market.

*We are looking to fill 5 entry-level positions with full training and growth into management!*

*We are also looking for a few candidates for entry-level customer service representatives and account management!*

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service existing customer relationships

  • Answer all potential customers' questions in a professional manner

  • Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; remembering we are the face of our clients and the services they provide

  • Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues

  • Provide expertise, support, and hands-on assistance in all realms of the sales process, making sure customers receive the products that they want, when they want, and how they want

  • Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company

Experience and Skill Requirements: 

  • Must have tremendous organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Must demonstrate superior customer service in the office and while working with potential new leads

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The successful candidate must be highly motivated, be willing to take initiative, have a positive attitude and exhibit a strong work ethic to further advance within our company

  • Must show the ability to engage and interact with individuals in a professional manner
