Job Description

Marketing Coordinator| Entry Level

Position: Full-time or Part-time

Location: In the City That Never Sleeps (New York City)

The days of being treated like a commodity based on broad market research are gone. We believe that the best way to convey a compelling message is through communication with a person and not a robot.

Day to Day Activities:

  • Organize customer data to create market segmentation and target outreach

  • Plan and coordinate on-site events and create plans for marketing objective

  • Tailor campaigns to assist the team with outreach

  • Help assist with the spread of brand awareness for our clients

  • Create customer engagement and brand connection through consumer interactions

  • Give detailed demonstrations and explanations of our client's services and products

  • Manage supply and inventory of the client

  • Set up promotional displaces and merchandise at each promotional event

  • Attend daily workshops and client meetings when needed

Job Requirements

Requirements and Skills needed:

  • Be deadline orientated

  • Must be adaptable to a changing environment

  • There is no required degree for this position, however, should have an interest in either business, marketing, sales, hospitality and etc.

  • Outstanding verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in groups independently

  • Must be legal to work in the USA- work visas are welcome

  • Must be able to travel to the Manhattan office on a daily basis

  • Due to legal reasons, applicants must be 18 years or older to be qualified for this position
