CoWorx Staffing has a new opportunity for a Human Resources Assistant in Aurora, IL. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with orientations, training, and safety and quality audits.

Face masks are required on site, social distancing measures are in place throughout our building. Everyone that enters the building follows these procedures. We’ve got you covered.
Review resumes and schedule interviews
Assist with on boarding process-Temporary and internal employees
Assist with orientation for temporary and internal new hire orientation
Assist in Training- Safety, Forklift, COVID, Harassment, etc.
Audits- Safety & COVID- daily & weekly
Track and order PPE
In charge of all 6 bulletin boards in facility for Safety and HR.
In charge of making sure facility has sanitizer and wipes daily
Ensure quality of the product is checked and tested
Work with corporate Quality team for auditing purposes - A large apart of the day will be spent in the plant getting samples and working with supervisors
MSWord, Excel, and Outlook experience
Reliable, timely attendance
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently
Bilingual a plus
