Delta-T Group is growing! We are seeking a Recruiter that will source interview, and credential prospective professionals available for staffing.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain understanding of assigned client and/or project recruitment needs and job order fill expectations.
* Conduct high-volume phone activity needed to fill assigned job orders via calls to prospective and active contractors.
* Verify, evaluate and investigate contractor credentials and communicate availability to appropriate team members.
* Maintain follow through on status of candidates in pipeline including client presents, client interviews, and job starts.
* Represent Company at job fairs, conferences, trade shows, and other recruitment events as needed.
* Maintain and develop relationships, and communicate on a regular basis with career centers of local colleges and universities.
* Maintain a monthly understanding of forecasted needs and take proactive steps to meet those needs.
* Ensure integrity of file completion process by verifying contractor credentials and client requirements prior to placement of contractors: i.e., ed ucation degrees, certifications, liability insurance, licenses and other relevant credentialing documentation

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of a High School Diploma
* Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment or other customer service experience, especially with high telephone usage
* Demonstrated sense of urgency
* Ability to work independently towards assigned goals.
* Proficient PC skills including routine spreadsheet, database, and word processing activity

  • Pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods
  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Determine online recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers and candidates
  • Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
  • Present top qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
