Senior Sales Representative


Job Summary

Are you commission-driven with a hunger and hustle to write your own paycheck? Endurance is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic salespeople to join our team.

Our Senior Sales Representatives help Endurance customers across the country find the personalized auto repair coverage that’s right for them. You’ll be an expert on vehicle protection plans, bringing customers through the sales journey from quote to coverage. Through driving outbound calls and receiving inbound calls, you’ll create the first impression of Endurance for prospective customers, showing them the value that comes with being an Endurance Elite member. Endurance’s best-in-class national marketing through TV, direct mailers and company-owned websites results in thousands of highly qualified leads daily, complete with the auto information you’ll need to complete a sale—no cold-calls required. After finishing your comprehensive, paid training program, you’ll hit the floor fast with unlimited earning potential that’s fully commission based.

Job Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required

· Enjoy the opportunity to take on extra work hours to increase earnings

· Willingness to work up to 2 Saturdays per month

· Goal-oriented—you set high standards for yourself and work to achieve them

· Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive speaking and listening skills

· Ability to use good reasoning skills and to adapt on the fly to overcome objections

· Tenacity and persistence—you don’t give up in the face of obstacles

· Enjoy being part of a high performing team, but motivated by individual accomplishments

· Enjoy healthy competition and competitive spirit

· Strive for continuous improvement and constantly improving personal sales metrics

· Great organizational skills and ability to multitask

· Detail- and solution-oriented

· Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office

· Automotive service department background preferred, including knowledge of vehicle service contract terminology

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.

The safety of our employees is Endurance’s highest priority. At this time, we are working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Candidates selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home. Our best-in-class, cloud-based call center technology means you’ll have premium IT solutions to help you succeed in a remote work environment. Once Endurance determines it is safe for employees to return to the office, candidates may be required to return to work. At that time, this position would be located in our stunning downtown Chicago, Illinois office surrounded by 360-degree views of the city, CTA train and bus stops, and just steps from the Metra (Union and Ogilvie Stations).
