Customer Support
This is not a remote or hybrid job
Location= Louisville, KY 40206
Shift Hours= First shift M-F 8 am- 5 pm, Direct Hire, Full Time
Pay= $50,000/year USD
Customer Support Representative Duties:
- Process sales orders from receipt to shipment for customers
- Ensure customers’ needs are met and be a liaison between customers, sales team, and operations
- Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Other duties as assigned

Customer Support Representative Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a customer support role
- Some college coursework
- Strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Experience in a manufacturing environment’s service area
- Some freight background
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
- Export knowledge
- Account management skills to handle customer orders from order entry through invoicing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
