Job Description


Title:  Desktop Management Systems

Job Description:

  • This position will be a part of a team of Support individuals who will support production environments, client solutions, and end-to-end client data delivery. Successful candidates will be hands-on and able to drive customer issues related to Login/Password and some training limited to one system where we may help customers with the process of filing a claim. Responds to queries coming in on phone, email, logs all cases in tracking database. This role requires great customer skills as well as creativity and attention to detail. 

Qualifications: 


  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment. 

Primary responsibilities and previous experience and abilities: 

  • Unlocking user accounts 
  • Resetting passwords on different systems 
  • Assist customers with training thru a couple of different functions on one of our web applications where a user may require assistance in uploading a document or changing information on the site 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Adhere to established operations standards and procedures 
  • Must be a highly organized and disciplined individual 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment. 
  • Be highly responsive with strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills. 
  • A college degree is a big plus
