Alarm Monitoring Company

Telephone Operators needed to work in a call center environment

Four positions to fill 40 hour shifts:

$13.00 per hour plus full benefits after 90 days

With monthly incentive bonus program

Multiple 2nd shift positions needed to fill,

2nd Shift schedule Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

3:30 PM to 12:00 Midnight = 40 hrs

2nd Shift schedule Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,

5:00 PM to 13:00 Midnight = 35 hrs

2nd Shift schedule Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,

4:30 pm to 1:00 am = 40 hours

2nd Shift schedule Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday,

6:00 pm to 1:00 am = 35 hours

Purpose of the Position

Respond to alarm activations by calling the premise to verify validity of alarms. The telephone operator will answer continuous volume of phone calls from a variety of customers and clients regarding alarm activations. Telephone operators are responsible for providing answers to questions from subscribers/end users, alarm techs and business owners along with dispatching of alarms to Police and Fire departments through out the region and country. Telephone operators will strive to provide one-call resolutions for callers along with answering questions regarding alarm history and events.

Knowledge, Skill & Attributes:

Must be customer service focus with a good speaking voice

Computer literate, along with interpersonal/communication skills,

Effective listening skills,and Vocal skills (pitch, tone, tempo,)

Should be courteous and have a helpful demeanor

Use of proper grammar and sentence structure

Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, ability to handle difficult callers

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle multiple tasks (talking with customers while accessing information in computer).

Answer incoming calls and placing outgoing calls

Adhere to assign work schedule,

Maintain a courteous, pleasant attitude with customers,

Achieve productivity goals targeted by organization

Paid training, Security background check required, keyboard proficient, integrity test

High School diploma required. Must be able to train during am hours,

Eligibility for Benefits after 90 days of employment plus monthly incentive bonus
