Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to include scanning, filing, and copying.
  • Schedule and book domestic and international travel arrangements (air, hotels, and transportation).
  • Produce and distribute correspondence: letters, memos, and forms.
  • Prepare and distribute reports.
  • Process expense reports in Concur.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations in preparation for upcoming meetings.
  • Coordinate company luncheons and meetings.
  • Assist at reception greeting and announcing visitors.
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen organized.
  • Assist in managing the mail.
  • Assist in the marketing department by assembling pitch books and various marketing materials.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Two years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Concur.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

 

Skills:

  • Possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Professional image.
  • Go-getter mentality, who is motivated, and an exceptional problem solver.
  • Ability to be organized and detail oriented.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task.
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information.
