Job Description

Our client is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager.  Will be responsible for leading a strong team of talent acquisition professionals in meeting the headcount needs of a multi-state business.  Must be able to make strategic decisions as it relates to workloads and recruiting campaigns.  

Responsibilities:

•Direct, coach and lead talent acquisition team in multiple states

•Monitor and improve sourcing strategies and recruiting processes

•Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, which includes negotiation of contracts

•Analyze and report on recruiting activities to Executive team

•Administer applicant tracking system and internal recruiting website

•Handle special projects such as updating job descriptions, interview guides and recruiting videos

•Oversee internship program 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

•Bachelors Degree

•Minimum of three years recruiting experience

•Minimum of two years supervisory experience

•Ability to travel up to 20%, as needed on strategic projects
