Servicing and managing a defined sales territory with both established and new customer while driving revenue growth for capital equipment, spare parts and repair services.
Meet with key decision makers and influencers at target customer’s corporate and field office locations to promote CS&P products and services
Utilize telemarketing and industry networking to identify and gain access to new target customers.
Take lead in developing strategic sales plans for major corporate accounts based in territory and in collaboration with other sales engineer that have customers field offices in their territories.
Build in-depth, long lasting relationships with target accounts to promote to achieve the assigned sales and growth targets.
Build robust sales pipeline, maintain documentation and report on progress at sales meetings.
Utilize time and territory management techniques to optimize activities including customer face time and interaction with CS&P engineering and operations.
Evaluate customer issues and work with CS&P engineering and operations to provide cost savings solutions to customers by technical application of CS&P repair and maintenance products and services including redesign and new materials.
Assist in developing marketing communications materials, PowerPoint presentations and overall strategy to drive sales growth
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, and or minimum of five years of experience in an industry related field.
Extensive contacts and access to target customers
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude and the ability to effectively manage communication between customer and internal engineering and operations personnel.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external cross functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to preform in fast-paced team environment while focusing on customer deliverables as well as have a demonstrated ability to guide others in relevant technical arena.
Innovative and self-motivated individual able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Competence with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must possess excellent internal and external customer relationships
