Interview process: The initial interviews will be carried out via zoom however all candidates are required to commute to the office in Orlando each day should they be successful in the role.

Day to Day of a CSR:

Maintain positive communications between our customers and clients

Stay up to date on our client’s product knowledge through our free in house training
