The Sales Executive:

Our sales team is composed of independent, goal-oriented sales professionals who serve customers throughout New Jersey, Delaware, and Eastern Pennsylvania.  A sales person is expected to manage existing accounts and bring in new business each month. Planning and a strong sense of personal responsibility are keys to success!  Each salesperson is expected to approach his/her work with perseverance and determination to succeed; as well as compassion and a desire to serve our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts

  • Develop deep and long-lasting customer relationships

  • Expand sales with existing customers

  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills when interacting with all customers and prospects

  • Prospecting – cold calls, referrals, networking events, social media strategies, etc.

  • Establish 2+ new customers each month

  • Generate $800k in new business annually

  • Manage customer information in CRM

  • Participate in monthly and quarterly planning

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years outside sales experience

  • 3+ years account management experience

  • Success meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Comfortable selling an average deal size of $3-5k

  • Microsoft Suite proficient

  • CRM management experience

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to navigate a large geographic territory is required

  • Honesty and integrity required

  • Food service industry experience desired
