Our Customer Service Assistant position entails working on one of our leading projects, instantly having the opportunity to impress us with your ability to hit customer service and sales targets.
Working directly with our target audience - either in a business or retail setting you will act as a brand ambassador - providing outstanding customer services while completing sales processes. We require a smart, proactive team member.
As a key member of the Sales team, you'll be conducting face-to-face promotions on behalf of our clients. You'll be the face behind their brand as you help them attract new, long-term customers. You'll be working independently and as part of a team in various locations across the region.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required to apply. Although not necessary, a college degree in business, communications, or marketing is desirable.
No previous experience in sales is necessary although any previous experience in sales or marketing is welcomed.
You will also be expected to keep track of sales by conducting regular sales reports and attending team meetings. Keeping track of marketing trends is important, and you’ll be expected to meet with clients to discuss sales strategies. You’ll also be expected to deliver great customer service and respond to questions from clients and customers as needed.
