NX Direct is currently accepting applications for an entry-level Retail Sales Representative to work as part of our sales and marketing team within our management training program. Requirements:
Due to expansion, we will be training motivated people for customer service sales opportunities, opportunities that could lead to management. To get a spot on the management team, everyone must be willing to work hard in an entry level customer service, sales, and marketing position. Our openings are perfectly suited for entry-level professionals with customer service & sales experience looking for a career change because this is an entry-level position in a brand new industry.
Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Learn and then teach product knowledge
- Learn and develop leadership skills
- Set team and personal sales goals and then achieve those sales goals
- Relate and build relationships with customers
