· 2+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk role.
· Knowledge of standard hardware and software
· Knowledge of networking topologies
· Basic understanding of IT systems/data security
· A+, Network+, Security+, MDAA, ITIL Foundation or similar certification is preferred.
· Excellent analytical skills.
· Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio
