Front End Brand CSR - About You:

The ideal person for this role will have a responsible attitude and will be calm and patient. You will possess excellent listening; verbal and written communication skills whilst having the ability to organize, plan and prioritize workload.

Front End Brand CSR - Personal Attributes / Competencies:

  • Ability to work under your own initiative

  • Task Focused

  • Have a bubby enthusiastic personality

  • Flexible attitude towards duties

  • Have previous retail experience

  • Need to be self-confident and be Team Orientated

Front End Brand CSR - Responsibilities:

  • Face-to-face marketing and professional brand representation 

  • Consumer relations and customer service practices 

  • Systems training into new customer acquisition 

  • Strengthening customer base for clients through community outreach and acquisition 

  •  Listening to customer needs and answering any questions face-to-face 

  •  Setting individual and team goals daily
