Job Description

Multiple Openings in Aurora

Must be willing to work any shifts between these hours:

Sunday 7:45AM-12:15PM, Monday-Friday 4:45AM-5:15PM, Saturday 5:45AM-3:15PM, all shifts will contain one or two weekend days.

Training Class is 7AM-3:30PM M-F.

The Bilingual Customer Representative is to receive, record, and processes phone calls and written communications from customers related to complaints, problems, quality issues, short on loads, mispicks, recommendations and customer requests for services and information primarily in another the Spanish language. The Bilingual Customer Representative is empowered to resolve and bring to closure customer inquiries within the guidelines of the Customer Service department. The incumbent is also responsible for developing and maintaining positive business relationships with the Spanish speaking retailers through quality communication and service. In addition must take general service retailer calls and issues.

Training consists of 6 weeks classroom and on the job training, perfect attendance is extremely important for successful graduation.

Job Requirements

HS Diploma or GED

Bilingual Spanish/English both verbal and written

At least 1 year of call center experience
