Senior Network Engineer

Looking for a Senior Engineer to be a key driver in the design, build and support of our network infrastructure.  Experienced individuals seeking an opportunity to implement and optimize revolutionary technology solutions will find this a challenging and exciting role.    
Day to Day:
 • Design, deploy, and manage cutting-edge networks
 • Interface with customers, exchanges and technology vendors on infrastructure products and to build customized network solutions
 • Build expertise by attending conferences, trade shows, and technology training
• Take ownership of network infrastructure projects from design to documentation and delivery
 • Mentor and train teammates on new and existing technologies  

 • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope and complexity and to select methods and techniques to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Hands on experience configuring and supporting routers and switches in a large environment
• Expert at implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting network and system issues
• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols like BGP and OSPF
• Datacenter multicast experience (IGMP, PIM, MSDP) 
 • Hands on experience installing hardware and managing structured cabling
• Network experience in data centers and WAN connectivity 
• Ability to automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Python or Perl
• Familiarity with the Linux operating system
• Willingness to travel 5 to 10% (including international locations)
• Must be passionate, determined, and have intellectual curiosity
 • Must have the ability and desire to work collaboratively
 • Must have the flexibility to experiment with Client solutions and the determination to test assumptions and conventional methods 
• Experience with Arista specific hardware implementation and support
• Cisco Career Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent
• Experience with low latency networks
 • Experience with radio frequency networks
• Knowledge of precision timing
• Experience with packet capture environments and analysis
• Extensive Linux experience 
• Experience with vendor relationship management
• Experience with F5
• Experience with WAN optimization
