Who We’re Looking For

We need self-motivated, seasoned sales professionals who are passionate about providing hope and healing to those who are desperately in need of behavioral health treatment. We are looking for highly motivated individuals in the Washington, DC area and northern California to develop new business, build relationships with referents, and grow our outreach.

 

Who We Are

We are a leader in the behavioral healthcare industry. Meadows Behavioral Healthcare is a network of specialized programs including residential and outpatient treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, eating disorders, sexual addiction, behavioral health conditions and co-occurring disorders, as well as a whole range of workshops and standalone Brain Centers offering state-of-the-art neurofeedback and other services. Our evidence-based approach is rooted in decades of clinical experience, with more than 40 years in the treatment field.

 

What You Will Do

As a Business Development Liaison, you will work with clinical professionals, hospitals, and other programs on a collaborative basis to find the best treatment fit for their clients. You will be responsible for a ‘book of business,’ growing your territory, and analyzing the competition. You will do this through:

·         Planning and implementing specific marketing systems

·         Develop and maintain productive relationships with key referral sources resulting in the     development of census to budgeted levels

·         Display effective skills to deploy a Consultative Selling process with referral sources in assigned   territory

Minimum Job Qualifications:    

    High school diploma or general education diploma (GED ) required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

    Two years experience in the areas of sales and marketing management preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting.
