Job Description

This position requires the ability to converse with clients regarding their insurance needs. The ability to   learn a quoting system for Auto and Fire products accurately is imperative.  You will be interacting with

clients to comply with their request for coverage protection.  You will be expected to initiate conversations to apply product to needs.

Your conversations with clients and prospects will need to be documented and stored within a client file system for future retrieval.

The collection of premium payments and explaining State Farm's payment plans.

All work is done in office with no company/business travel required.

Extensive training will be provided by your Team members so that you can provide accurate and professional client services.

Job Requirements

Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.

Initiative and Self Reliance: make decisions on a timely basis and take necessary actions without direction from others.

Goal Oriented: highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results.

Ability to learn and apply product and customer knowledge to professionally service and assist in the marketing of State Farm products.

Ability to pay close attention to detail.

Ability to create and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.

Ability to organize and act on several activities concurrently.

Be able to work with a Team and with it's efficient system of processing workflow.

**A California Fire and Casualty License is required for this position.**

**Spanish speaking is a plus.**
