- Provide general administrative support to include scanning, filing, and copying.
- Schedule and book domestic and international travel arrangements (air, hotels, and transportation).
- Produce and distribute correspondence: letters, memos, and forms.
- Prepare and distribute reports.
- Process expense reports in Concur.
- Create PowerPoint presentations in preparation for upcoming meetings.
- Coordinate company luncheons and meetings.
- Assist at reception greeting and announcing visitors.
- Assist in keeping the kitchen organized.
- Assist in managing the mail.
- Assist in the marketing department by assembling pitch books and various marketing materials.
- Two years of administrative assistant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Concur.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Professional image.
- Go-getter mentality, who is motivated, and an exceptional problem solver.
- Ability to be organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task.
- Ability to work with highly confidential information.
