Looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Someone who can assist management and all visitors by handling office tasks and providing professional assistance via phone, mail and e-mail. The ideal candidate will also be making reservations and travel arrangements, reporting and updating social media postings.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using software to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
*This position will require 15-25 hours p/wk and will offer flexible hours M-Sa between 8-5pm.
*Pre-Employment screenings and reference checks will be conducted.
- High School Diploma
- Prior administrative experience required
- Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
