Job Requirements

Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports, ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored properly

Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling and materials

Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications

Ability to deal effectively with contractors, engineers, architects and representatives of utility companies and government agencies

Ability to effectively supervise team

Ability to utilize to maintain project records, manage workflow and prepare technical correspondence

Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders

Other duties as assigned

Multiple years of related experience and/or training

Ability to read and understand architectural drawings

Knowledge of MS project, leases, contracts and construction practices

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer

Oral and Written communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and independently

Must have valid Driver's License, own transportation and pass drug test
