Assists with preparations for new hire orientations and coordinates with other departments for the on boarding process.
Prepares and creates orientation documents and materials for new employees, including benefit packages and employee handbooks; arranges and conducts employee information presentations and enrollments.
Tracks, follows up, and processes paperwork for new employees and enters them into the HRIS system.
Scans documents into personnel record keeping system.
Prepares, maintains and organizes employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.
Supports the pre-employment background check process.
Monitors and responds to HR emails, escalating any issues as deemed necessary.
Completes Verification of Employment requests.
Answers, follows up, and assists with general employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Provides HRIS and other data entry support and regular administrative support.
Assists the HR team and with special projects or company activities.
Administers various employee benefit programs such as group life insurance, medical and dental, vision, accident and disability insurance, Supplemental insurances.
Prepares and maintains bi-weekly employee listings, leave of absence and monthly term reports.
Assists employees in filing health, dental, life, and all other related and deferred benefit claims.
Verifies the calculation of the monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies and maintains statistical data relative to premiums, claims, and costs. Resolve administrative problems with the broker and/or carrier representatives.
Prepare and setup meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits and other related incentive programs.
