Assist in event registrations and tracking
• Email registration instructions to approved attendees
• Maintain and update excel tracking report
• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Work with team to answer and resolve any registration questions or problems
• Follow-up on customers who have not registered
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
