Opportunity Overview:

 


Customer Care Professional will provide vehicle owners with an elite service experience to drive customer loyalty. In this role, you will be empowered to “do what it takes” to leave a customer with the very best impression. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is the only priority.




REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to leave a customer with a great impression of luxury brand.
  • Formulate creative business solutions to achieve superior customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately document information.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Understands business processes and strategies.
  • Shows commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage small projects.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a constantly changing environment.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Demonstrate strong conversational skills; must be able to communicate with affluent customer base, corporate business employees and dealer partners.
  • Proficient documentation and note taking – must be able to clearly document information from customers and business partners.
  • Strong Windows/PC – must be able to toggle between various applications and websites.
  • Experience with internet search tools- must be able to utilize online resources to locate key information.


PREREQUISITES TO APPLY:

 


  • Minimum two years’ experience resolving customer/client concerns.
