•    Tracking and scheduling of Komatsu Care service and On-Site Service agreements 

•    Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales to ensure all customers receive a good customer experience.
•    Address problems and communicate efficiently with customers and/or service department to a timely resolution.  
•    Maintain equipment population records by customer follow-up and tracking lost sales
•    Generate and submit written quotes developed from machine inspections
•    Generate new parts and service opportunities
•    Coordinate shop repairs between the company and the customer 
•    Aggressively promote all current service and parts programs while utilizing telephone sales 

Qualifications:

•    Previous experience in the diesel, equipment or automotive industries is required

•    Previous experience scheduling service work in an automotive/trucking or similar environment        highly desired

•    Must be computer proficient, including experience using MS Office
•    Must have excellent communication and customer service skills 
•    Must have strong organizational and follow up skills
•    Must be able to demonstrate self-motivation
