Inventory Control Specialist

This is a temporary to hire role with the pay rate starting at $18/hour!
The Inventory Control Specialist handles customer service responsibilities while maintaining knowledge and control of orders and inventory.
-Analyze products on daily orders for assigned customers with the use of replenishment system
-Maintain optimum levels of sales and returns
-Work with sales and distribution team to engage customers
-Use optimal de-escalation techniques to provide resolution
-Produce and analyze Excel spreadsheets for various reports
-Minimize out of stock inventory
-Assist sales department during store promotions
-Handle and process missing orders via call desk
Experience and Education:
-2 to 3 years experience in store level replenishment
-Maintain a caring and professional demeanor when communicating with customers
-Previous experience in a customer service center preferred
-Experience working in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multi-task in a fast team environment
