 Seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO for an industry leader in the natural health and wellness industry located in West Los Angeles. We are looking for a superstar who is proactive, is naturally helpful and always willing to lend a hand. This opportunity has growth potential for the right person! Are you able to be flexible with changing responsibilities? Then this position may be for you!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • General administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO
  • Provide assistance in managing the CEO's calendar including appointments meetings, corporate, travel, etc
  • Complete projects as assigned by determining priorities, managing time, and gaining the cooperation of others as necessary
  • Additional personal assistant responsibilities as needed to the general staff

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience supporting Executive Assistant or High-Level management is HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • 2+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Recent College Grads and local candidates encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Exchange
  • Advanced Excel using Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Formulas
  • Organized, demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact with various personalities, displaying a good-natured attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctuality and resourcefulness is a MUST!
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
