We're looking for Entry-Level Technical Recruiters!
Purpose: This position will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening and placing candidates for engineering and/or IT positions at client site.

Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Interacts regularly with Account and Hiring managers and/or client representatives in order to maintain strong partnerships and to fully understand the skills necessary for open job requirements.
  • Perform the following recruitment services: sourcing (via industry/post specific websites, publications, and career fairs), screening (via phone/in person), interviewing (per technical & dynamic needs), compensation (negotiation/approval), networking (locally and via online boards), relocation assistance, VISA coordination, and other on boarding duties.
  • Conduct cold calls to identify new candidates
  • Extends and negotiates offers based on current market conditions
  • Develops and maintains high-level knowledge of current technologies
  • Develops and maintains relationships with candidates that extend into employment
  • Coordinates and conducts office interviews
  • Maintains internal database of future candidates
  • Develops lessons learned


Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
