The Addison Group has two immediate contract opportunities for CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) Analysts with our client in McKinney, TX.  These are going to be contract positions for 3 months.  

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Director of Community Investment in developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Compliance Program. This includes documenting and reviewing lending, investment and service activity.

  • Coordinate, document, and review small business, small farm, and community development loans
  • Partner with Commercial Lending Officers and Lending Assistants on the completion of CRA paperwork
  • Build digital CRA Files
  • Research CRA loans and document properly for annual submission and exams

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of CRA experience
  • Knowledge of CRA lending for small business/small farm and community development loans
