
Responsibilities:
Copy, scan, and file documents
Manage and organize internal communication (emails, faxes, and mail)
Make travel arrangements for executives and other staff
Order office supplies and maintain supplies organized
Local travel and running errands
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
Qualifications:
Strong organization skills

Detail-oriented / Strong attention to detail / double-checking work
Ability to multi-task
