Staffing firm in the Austin area is seeking Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience for their Austin, TX location.
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission pay.
Recruiter Job Duties:
Responsible for full cycle recruiting for assigned accounts.
Oversee other recruiters for accuracy and assistance.
Work directly with company management to introduce new methodologies and improvements to current operations.
Establish relationships with current clients.
Keep abreast of all open positions at all times.
Learn and keep up to date on all functions within the office.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
Performs employee recruitment activity through individual networking, other employees and as company representative by participating in job fairs, career day activities, and arranging for advertising in publications favorable to recruiting qualified applicants.
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Accomplished human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Must be able to work early or stay late when needed. Must be open to being on call on the weekends.
Must be able to pass the background check.
Must have reliable transportation.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS, but not a requirement.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent multitasking skills with experience working with multiple clients and positions.
Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills.
