Collaborate with internal and external contacts to identify, analyze and audit deduction and payment issues.
Analytical, able to research and resolve complex issues and recommend appropriate action

Organized, multi-tasker who takes ownership with ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Assertive in managing client receivables
Able to exhibit verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
Able to communicate in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner
Effective in using available reference materials/resources (system, reports, manuals, technical updates).
Able to use Microsoft Office software as well as general ledger and billing and collections applications to identify, analyze, and resolve accounting issues.
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business preferred. Degree is required
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel including experience working with pivot tables and vlookups
Eager to learn new processes and computer systems
Work well with internal and external customers and all team members
