Great opportunity in the Bellevue area for an account representative! With a focus on project management, you will partner with an Account manager in building exceptional client and vendor relations.This position incorporates both sales and project management by being accountable for effectively growing and managing a minimum of $1 million in annual sales revenue, partnering with the Account Manager in and executing account growth strategies, coordinating work in progress and marketing for future projects.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for successfully implementing and executing custom account projects and meeting targeted revenue growth plans for key client accounts from year-to-year.

• Coordinates and executes multiple account projects with varying timelines, priorities, lead times, costs and logistics complexities, while successfully managing and meeting client expectations.

• Presents creative product ideas to support and enhance the client’s branding strategy.

• Identifies and implements resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the client’s and company’s business needs.

• Communicates project changes and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

• Provides order timelines and ensures on-time delivery.

• Educates and guides client expectations regarding the company’s order and approval processes, quality standards and production timelines.

• Builds strong business relationships with clients, internal resources and suppliers.

• Manages and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders and art proofs.

• Generates reports and analyzes sales forecast, open orders and completed jobs.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (BA) in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• 1 – 2 years of experience in a corporate marketing department or related agency preferred

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

• Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills in order to manage a continuous workflow in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment

• Strong work ethic that supports working independently, under minimal supervision

• Demonstrates ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a dynamic range of people

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and well-reasoned judgment

• Ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy

• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service for internal and external clients

• Flexible and adaptive, with a positive “can do” attitude

• Ability to effectively provide, receive and respond positively to constructive feedback

• Ability to proactively seek out information, training and other resources needed to facilitate continual professional development necessary to be successful in this position

• Availability to work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional overtime obligations when necessary


Computer Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)

• Experience with NAV or comparable ERP systems.

LANGUAGE ABILITY

Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents. Ability to write reports and business correspondence, and effectively present information and respond to internal/external contacts and management.

MATH ABILITY

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with both abstract and concrete variables.
