Call Center Representative - 4 positions available

Full time/40 hours a week, M-F

Start: ASAP

6 month contract to hire

Location: Currently this role is remote; but it will be returning to the office in Columbus.

The Call Center Representatives respond to patient inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat; provide patients with the highest level of customer concern.
You will analyze problems, identify trends, and provide information/solutions. You will receive and escalate patient concerns in order to achieve a one call resolution.
Duties include:
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
  • Resolve patient complaints and problems; offer possible solutions
  • Manage call center database; enter new information as necessary
  • Follow company regulations and report malfunctions
  • Previous experience in a call center role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening
  • Familiarity with Computer platforms; i.e.: Word, Excel
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
