Shift Availability: Flexible work pattern available, Full Time Hours Preferred although we may have Part Time vacancies available.
Personal Characteristics: Great personality, professional work ethic, friendly demeanor, flexible and hard working.
Requirements: Over 18, must have permission to work in the USA
Experience: Training is provided so experience isn’t essential – However, previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, a sports-based role or generally a role that is involved in engaging directly with people would be a bonus.
Key Customer Service Responsibilities
With Take Flight you will have one of the most important roles within the company; Connecting the brand to the customer. This is a great opportunity to make your mark and gain experience in Customer Service.
- Maintain Customer Flow at our event venues
- Establish customer relationships
- Identify and fulfill all customer needs/inquiries
- Ensure all customers are aware of the latest deals and offers available to them
- Complete transactions and document customer information as needed
- Assisting with the product ordering process
