PrideStaff is currently recruiting for an Reservation/Renewal Agent for a local travel benefit company.  This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused individual that is self motivated, outgoing, and goal oriented.

Job Summary:  Responsible for making outbound calls to Club members to collect yearly membership fees, along with inbound customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional client experience in every interaction. 
• Manage collection efforts with a high level of persuasiveness and professionalism.
• Provide insightful advice and direct support to clients in need.
• Partners with other departments as necessary for troubleshooting and resolution. 
• Researches and resolves billing or payment issues.
• Meet defined departmental goals and activity metrics
• Perform data entry on customer accounts
