We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to fill a vital position within the organization.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for variety of day to day functions relating to commercial real estate sales and leasing. Some of the duties include managing correspondence, maintaining databases, developing marketing materials, creating presentations, conducting research and market analysis.
To be successful in the role the candidate must have above average typing skills along with an aptitude for writing, critical thinking and general business math.
An ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and computer skills; is highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. The qualified candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing support to the brokerage team and management.
