Who are we looking for?
You enjoy the idea of managing the end-to-end experience of every customer, from the moment they approach you with inquiries to then signing up at which point they are singing our praises to anybody who will listen. You revel in the idea of helping customers to plan, analyze and commit to buying our clients products and services.
You're confident in your ability to creatively solve customer problems. You get a kick out of working closely with customers, and you'll make sure that they are in love with our clients brand. And you'll constantly be thinking about ways in which we can improve our customer service and the way we deliver it.
We'll teach you everything we have learned about people, organizational development, marketing, customer service and sales -- but your experience in these areas will help you to hit the ground running. And any experience you have working with customers, especially in a face to face role, will come in handy.
What will you do?
Proactively drive customer retention and overall success with our largest project to date
Identify and develop sales opportunities to meet agreed targets
Ensure customer inquiries are dealt with effectively
What do you Ideally bring to the team?
Proven experience in a customer facing role is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills
Experience dealing with a high volume of customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
