Call Center Specialist

Calling all Call Center Representatives!  Currently inviting all candidates with Call Center experience to apply to join our team for multiple Call Center Representative positions available that require this experience! The ideal Call Center Representative candidate will have experience in a call-center environment handling a high volume of calls every hour and will be skillful at typing quickly. The successful candidate will handle a new call every 2 minutes and resolve customer concerns to completion and record the call into the database.  If you are interested in continuing your Call center career, please send your resume as a Word document 

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a call-center environment, 2+ years preferred - Ability to type 35 Words Per Minute - Has experience with CRM - Able to take 50+ calls per day - Organized and efficient workers are a must!
