We are a rapidly growing Medical Device manufacturer with a long history of stability and success. Our team has been operating in our Corporate Headquarters in Gardner, MA for over 40 years and is continuing to grow organically and through acquisition. Because of our growth, we are hiring a new team member for our Accounting team. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with experience using ADP. In this role, you will process a bi-weekly payroll for approximately 45 employees. Additionally, you will support Accounts Payable with standard tasks and occasional projects.
Requirements:
-Great accuracy and organization skills
-Dependable and adaptable
-Good knowledge of Excel
-Prior experience with ADP
-Min 1 year of Payroll experience
Work schedule is Monday through Thursday with flexibility to work either 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. After 6 months, we expect this position to grow into full time. This position is offered on a temp to hire basis. Upon hire with the company, we offer a very comprehensive benefits package.
